Everyone is great at Lane & Associates. Always friendly and greeting you with a SMILE! They do a great job! I had the pleasure of meeting Sergio who performed my cleaning and he is amazing. I have been seen by all of the Dentist’s there over the years and they are all fantastic as well as conscious of their patients comfort. Thank you for all you do! I love getting my teeth cleaned😊

So I wouldn't normally leave a review for a dental place unless it was a bad experience. However, this is the complete opposite. Last week we had our dental cleaning and check-up for the whole family. I had one hygienist different from the rest of the family, his name was Sergio. A tiny bit about myself, I'm in my 50s and have had dental cleaning since I was a kid. So the point being a lot of dental cleanings with those picks that poke you in the gums and hurt every time to the polishing with that gritty tasting paste. Just not something I look forward to twice a year. This time, I was greeted by Sergio who was very pleasant and personable. I didn't think much about it because the typical questions on health and everything was asked. However, he was super polite and his tone of voice and follow-up questions with being a personable made me feel like he was genuinely sincere. So a +1 where I figured I was getting buttered up before that gum poking and gritty paste would begin! On the contrary though, he pulled out this instrument that I had never ever seen a hygienist use for cleaning. It was a type of high powered water floss. The office is beautiful! I felt like family when I walked in! Dr. Howard has gained a new patient! I live over an he away, but I will drive to support AWESOMENESS ANY DAY!

I had a dental appointment today 6/4/26 at 2 pm in the Green Level office. Right from the start of my conversation with the front office with Kelly, along with Lauren, to the dental assistant Cassidy, the hygienist Melissa, to the dentist Dr Cieiselski was an excellent experience. They were very professional, courteous, and very thorough in their work. Excellent bedside manner, which overrides my fear of the dental procedures. I will be there whether they like it or not!!! Thank you all for making my visit so comfortable. Thank you Dr Cieselski for your kindness, and understanding.

Thank you to Lauren who was working at the front desk for her courteous and professional demeanor. Big thanks to Dr. Howard who always gives excellent chair side manners and care! Thank you to our new hygienist Sergio, who did a terrific job and super friendly! Most importantly, we really appreciate Alex for quickly scheduling the appointments we needed as well as explaining our insurance.
